职位介绍: I. Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region.Including (meeting the needs of existing customers, systematic development of potential customers) 完成所负责销售区域内指定客户销售额, 包括（满足现有客户需求，潜力的客户的系统性开发） 2. Visit planning and tour planning for business develpment, market penatration；根据区域市场以及销售业务的情况，制定并完成拜访计划 3. According to the current sales situation and the market campaign, make the plan for effective promotional and sales activities. 根据部门的市场计划以及当前的销售情况，提供合理有效的促销活动，并制定相应的销售计划 4. Develop the KA within the specified TG, tap the practical application to set up the banchmark. 开发区域内重点行业的重点客户，了解实际应用，挖掘样板客户 5. Regular analysis and evaluation of regiona dealesl and sub-dealers to ensure the completion of the task according to the schedule 定期对区域代理商以及重点二级经销商进行分析与评估，确保按进度完成任务 6. Collect market information, identify new sales opportunities and increase sales success rate. 收集市场信息，发现新的销售机会，提高销售成功率 7. Manage the necessity and justification of signing up new dealers either when replacing or retaining the existing dealer(s). 管理和判断签约新代理商的能力 8. Testo product application support to dealers and sub-dealers. 针对代理商及经销商的德图产品应用支持服务 II. Skills/Qualifications：任职资格 1. Bachelor degree and above in Engineering and science related majors 理工、工程类相关专业大学本科以上学历 2. Above 3 years working experience in Instrument related industries is preferred. 3 年以上仪器仪表、工业品等相关工作经验. 3. Strong ability to work independently and deal with problems 较强的独立开展工作及处理问题能力 4. Clear organization, meticulous work, high efficiency 条理清晰、工作细致、工作效率高 5. Strong coordination ability and able to adapt to short-term travel 较强的协调能力并能适应短期出差
