职位介绍: 请匹配背景直接投递，会在第一时间回复简历筛选结果要求英语口语能开口 Job Summary: The ME Engineer is tasked with leading Cockpit Domain Controller or Display ME design, delivering cost-competitive solutions and robust products with high efficiency. Key Objectives of this Role: • Complete the production of the technical solution based on the customer's RFQ input and output quotation materials like the BOM/2D/3D/Manufacturing feasibility, etc. • Review and deliver technical presentations to customers on overall mechanical feasibility technical proposals. • Work with electrical and thermal engineering teams to finish the EE layout and thermal data output. • Interface with development teams to guide design expert reviews in the areas of structure and manufacturing. • Conduct peer reviews with other engineers to ensure design quality. • Align on mechanical costs with purchasing and align with the manufacturing team on make/buy decisions and associated architecture. • Deliver outputs on time as required, such as QBOM, 3D, 2D, eBOM, DFMEA, SC/CC List, etc. • Support mold design and lead DFM review, follow up on part development, and optimize products before mass production. • Participate in the review of ED/DVP tests and resolve related mechanical problem points during formal tests. • Identify technical or other issues and drive these to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision-making. • Organize, lead, and coordinate associated display and optical engineering activities during development and delivery phases, in line with agreed cost, quality, and timing commitments. Qualification, Experience, and Skills: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Experience: Mechanical development experience of more than 5 years in vehicle display and ECUs mechanical design. • Skillful at 3D design (CATIA or UG) and knowledge of 2D drawing (GD&T). • Expertise in optical and display knowledge. • Expertise in mechanical design and tolerance calculation. • Independently responsible for the mechanical design of 1-2 products in vehicle display or ECU box. • Understand tradeoffs between electrical, structural, vibration, thermal, and cost to develop the most efficient design solution. • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Organizational, management, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
