职位介绍: Key Responsibilities New Partner Onboarding & Campaign Execution: · Conduct marketing onboarding orientations for new partners and provide detailed walkthroughs of marketing guidelines for payment-related programs. · Review partners' marketing plans, design assets, and in-app UI/UX to ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines. · Assess partners' marketing channels. · Distribute the latest marketing toolkits and provide basic asset development and adaptation as needed. · Maintain marketing templates and tools; manage the asset and toolkit hub to ensure partners always have access to the most updated versions. · Define accurate geo-fencing boundaries for transit projects. · Manage marketing campaigns: control timelines and asset production to ensure high-quality, on-time project launches. BAU Support: · Review partners' marketing plans, design assets, and in-app UI/UX to ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines. · Strictly monitor partners' fulfillment of marketing commitments (e.g., fund investments, ad placements). · Conduct regular checks on promotional placements, perform post-launch audits, and collect screenshots for archiving. · Distribute the latest marketing toolkits and provide basic asset development and adaptation as needed. · Maintain marketing templates and tools; manage the asset and toolkit hub to ensure partners always have access to the most updated versions. On-device Cross-functional Coordination & Communication: · Act as the first-pass quality control filter for agency deliverables to ensure guideline compliance. · Manage daily operational coordination with various internal teams and facilitate cross-functional reviews and approvals for assets. · Track global asset updates to introduce new modules, copy, and best practices for local adoption. Other Projects / Miscellaneous: · Data Tracking & Market Intelligence: Regularly track campaign data and consolidate performance metrics to provide data-driven support for marketing decisions and optimization. · Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media sentiment and collect relevant information/buzz. · Administrative Support: Assist in administrative processes as required by projects, including asset collection, agreement signing (side letters), media authorization, and promotion T&C audits. Key Qualifications · Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the marketing field, with a solid track record in marketing project management, campaign execution, data analysis, and market research. Experience working in an advertising agency serving key accounts is a strong plus. · Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), capable of communicating smoothly with domestic and international teams as working languages. · Skills: Basic design capabilities to modify or create basic marketing assets. Proficient in processing campaign data, with the ability to independently create data dashboards and project-status reports. · Others: Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills. Outstanding cross-functional communication skills, able to drive projects in complex or ambiguous environments. Extremely detail-oriented and highly sensitive to brand guidelines.
