职位介绍: SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for the maintenance of existing product processes, engineering change management, new product process development, quality problem handling, and production staff training, to ensure the stability of production processes, improve product quality and production efficiency. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Manage engineering changes (ECO/ECN) for existing products, including document preparation, review coordination and implementation follow-up to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of engineering changes.  Be responsible for new product introduction (NPI)  Develop process documents for new products and maintain process instructions for existing products, ensuring that all processes are standardized, operable and in line with product quality requirements.  Investigate, analyze and handle quality problems of existing products in the production process, put forward effective improvement measures and track the implementation effect to reduce quality defects.  Design and conduct skill training for production line staff, assess their assembly and operation skills, and improve the professional competence of the team to ensure standardized operation.  Assist in the management of product BOM, tooling related to production processes, and cooperate with cross-departmental work to support smooth production. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  At least 3 years of working experience in production or manufacturing engineering, with background in assembly of relatively complex equipment or instruments.  Proficient in structural design, tolerances, assembly processes, fixtures and failure modes.  Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks is preferred.  Proficiency in office software and ERP system is preferred.  Experience in new product introduction (NPI) is preferred. Competencies & Qualifications  Self-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, even under tight project schedules.  Proficient in written English is mandatory; good spoken English is a plus.
