职位介绍: 岗位职责： 1. 审核与评估境内外分支机构提交的信贷申请，主要涉及境内外中资企业相关的信用风险敞口。 2. 开展信用风险分析，包括对企业和金融机构客户进行财务表现、业务运营及行业风险评估。 3. 执行持续的信贷监控和组合管理，确保风险分类恰当，并实现风险早期识别。 4. 审查信贷审批条件的合规性，支持贷后管理，包括审查与续期工作。 5. 与业务经办分行及内部相关方协调配合，确保信贷相关流程顺畅执行。 6. 信用部门安排的其他事务。任职要求： 1. 具有3年金融机构信贷审批相关工作经验。 2. 金融、会计、经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 3. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力。 4. 对国际银行的公司/金融机构信贷分析，财务与管理会计以及信用风险管理方法有扎实的理解。 5. 具备跨境/离岸信贷交易的实际操作经验或深入接触经历；熟悉境内外中资企业信贷业务者优先。 6. 具有较强的风险评估与分析能力，良好的信息搜集能力，以及有效的沟通和团队协作能力。 Senior Credit Approval 1. Review and assess credit applicationssubmitted by domestic and overseas branches,mainly for credit exposures related to Chinese-funded enterprises both onshore and offshore. 2. Conduct credit risk analysis including financialperformance, business operations and industryrisk of corporate and FI clients. 3. Perform ongoing credit monitoring andportfolio management, ensuring proper riskclassification and early risk identification. 4. Review compliance with credit approvalconditions and support post-approvalmanagement, including review and renewal. 5. Coordinate with lending branches and internalstakeholders to ensure smooth evecution ofcredit-related processes. 6. Other miscellaneous of the Credit Dept. 1.5-10 years of experience in credit analysiswithin financial institutions. 2.Bachelor's degree or above in finance,accounting, economics or related disciplines. 3. Good command of English,both speaking &writing capabilities. 4. Solid understanding of corporate / FI creditanalysis, financial and managerial accounting,and credit risk control methodologies ofinternational banks. 5. Hands-on experience or solid exposure to cross-border/ offshore credit transactions;familiarity with credit business of onshore andoffshore Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred. 6. Strong risk assessment and analytical skills,good information-gathering ability, and effectivecommunication and teamwork skills.
