职位介绍: Job Descriptions: 1. Supplier Quality System Development & Qualification: Conduct quality system audits, process audits, and product audits for potential suppliers in line with IATF16949 and specific group requirements. Evaluate suppliers' design capability, manufacturing capability, and quality control competence, and lead the qualification process for new supplier onboarding. 2. Project Phase Quality Planning & Monitoring: During new project development, engage with Purchasing and Engineering teams to proactively involve in supplier APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), follow PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission and approval, and monitor project/product development progress at supplier sites. 3. Mass Production Quality Management & Issue Resolution: Monitor supplier quality performance (e.g., PPM, DPPM) during series production. Lead rapid response and closed-loop management on quality issues using 8D, 5Why, etc., driving suppliers to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. 4. Supplier Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular supplier quality performance scorecards, organize annual audits, formulate and drive Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (QIP), and promote process capability enhancement through Lean, Six Sigma, and other tools. 5. Change Management & Risk Control: Oversee supplier engineering changes, process changes, and sub-tier supplier changes, conducting risk assessment and mitigation. Identify potential supply quality risks and develop preventive and contingency strategies. 6. Cross-functional & Global Collaboration: Communicate closely with European teams to ensure quality standards and customer-specific requirements are correctly understood and implemented at Chinese supplier sites. Participate in the formulation and execution of global supplier quality strategies. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering related fields (mechanical, electrical, materials, automation, etc. are preferred) ・ 10+ years of working experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in supplier quality management or related quality roles. Experience with casting, forging, machining, electromechanical, or rubber products is a plus. ・ Solid knowledge of IATF16949 quality management system; proficient in VDA 6.3 process audit methodology, with proven capability to conduct independent supplier audits. ・ Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5Why. ・ Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple supplier projects and quality improvement initiatives in parallel. ・ Good cost awareness and data analysis capability to support purchasing cost optimization from a quality perspective. ・ Fluent English in both written and oral, capable of effective communication with overseas teams as working language. ・ Self-motivated, responsible, with excellent cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills; able to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. ・ Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite.
