职位介绍: BDM Proposal Leader Position Introduction: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to lead commercial proposal generation and business initiatives and analysis. This role will be responsible for timely preparing the proposal, providing routinely business tracking analysis and enabling successful contract with global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong business sense and deep technical expertise in biologics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial Proposal Generation ·Understand biologics technical and business related service, focus on commercial stage and able to generate proposals for global facilities. ·Prepare customized and professional response to client RFP and RFI, create client portfolio for each case. ·Organize regular cross-function meetings to lead proposal preparation, winning strategy, track opportunity progress, and follow-up the action items. 2. Establish and Maintain Business Workflow ·Maintain standard workflow of commercial proposal generation and support proposal template update, including scope and pricing. ·Continuously optimize proposal generation tool, update and organize toolbox for commercial business initiative. ·Establish workflow, maintain initiative-specific databases and tracking sheets for accurate lead management. ·Collaborate with cross function teams for tracking business leads and opportunities. Qualifications: ·Master’s degree or higher in Biopharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or a closely related field. 3-5 years of working experience with Bachelor’s degree also preferred. ·Strong business sense, excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. ·Having innovation capability for new initiatives and strong learning ability. ·Fluency in English is required, with superior verbal and written communication skills. ·Technical knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage. Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis/visualization and in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
