职位介绍: Job Description Supply Planning Specialist is highly motivated and analytical to support Supply Chain and Materials Management activities for our High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) business. This role is responsible for driving supply continuity, material readiness, supplier collaboration, shortage management, and operational planning activities across a global supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, ODM partners, sourcing teams, commodity managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met while proactively mitigating supply risks. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-oriented, and capable of managing complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Supply Planning & Material Management • Manage supply planning and execution activities for assigned commodities and programs. • Monitor supply-demand alignment, supplier commits, inventory health, and material availability. • Support demand changes, allocation decisions, and inventory optimization initiatives. • Maintain planning tools, reports, and supply status trackers to ensure operational visibility. Supplier Management & Risk Mitigation • Collaborate with suppliers, ODMs, and sourcing teams to ensure supply readiness and business continuity. • Conduct supply reviews, forecast alignment discussions, and risk assessments with suppliers. • Monitor lead times, capacity constraints, allocations, and end-of-life (EOL) notifications. • Develop and execute mitigation plans to address potential supply disruptions and risks. Shortage Management & Recovery • Lead or support critical shortage management and recovery activities. • Drive supplier pull-in requests, expedite actions, and escalation processes when required. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to close supply gaps and protect customer commitments. • Track supply risks and drive recovery plans through resolution. Data Analytics & Process Improvement • Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, reports, and management summaries. • Leverage Excel, Power BI, AI, and analytics tools to improve supply visibility and planning effectiveness. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. • Utilize automation and AI solutions to streamline planning processes and reporting activities. ________________________________________ Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Supplier Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Strong ownership mindset, execution discipline, and follow-through. Preferred • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, EMS, ODM, or OEM environments. • Experience managing suppliers, supply constraints, material shortages, or recovery activities. • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools. • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply planning processes. • Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation solutions) to improve productivity and decision-making. • Proficiency in English communication within a global business environment.
