职位介绍: Description -Manage contract manufacturers (CM) to support product early operation builds, ramp and mass production. -Responsible for production shopfloor process and quality audit, drive for findings improvement. Key Responsibilities - Provide guidance and resources to contract manufacturers (CM) partner engineers. -Work within region team, CPTO team drive for high quality (yield and reliability), cost saving and improvement activity. - Support products build from Operation stages (PRB, PPVT, PVT) and ramp/mass productions and PRQ activity. -Work with cross functional teams, responsible for successful projects transition from engineering to mass productions or from one site to other sites. -Take lead for production line audit, documentation audit, L~Q data review and approval and responsible for weekly yield review with CM. Qualification & Requirements -Min 2 years of SMT or relevant experiences (packaging assembly, etc.,). -Solid SMT knowledge & experiences. -Familiar with process FA equipment’s/ tools and methodologies. -General understanding with PCB fabrications and components packages (general IC, SIP, discrete passive components). - Good quality sense and familiar with factory quality control systems (IQC, IPQC, SQE, QA/QE); -Familiar with industrial standards (for example, IPC including general SMT cosmetic spec of IPC 610, MSD, rework, ESD) -Good communication & presentation skills -Good team-player, leadership and able to work with multiple functional groups. -Can do attitude and could perform under stress and pressure. -Others added technical knowledge eg. automation, data science & mechanical design will be an added advantage - Willing to travel within China for projects supports upon request.
