职位介绍: Responsibilities： - Collaborate with the Business Group and align with the company’s overall goals to help formulate and roll out purchasing strategies for specific commodities. - Establish and structure the supplier pool: organize relevant market research and pilot supplier selection processes in accordance with established standards. - Oversee pilot supplier pool management: take the lead in tracking supplier performance and execute supplier optimization plans that are in line with the objectives of the Business Group and relevant divisions. - Set global productivity targets for suppliers and drive their achievement. - Develop and put into practice tools to enhance global purchasing productivity, including initiatives related to low-cost countries, e-sourcing, and value analysis. - Negotiate master agreements with key suppliers of the designated commodities. - Ensure that program and plant buyers effectively utilize the established supplier pool. - Manage the team of T&E commodity buyers under your supervision. - Report work activities in strict compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. Requirements： - Rich experience in indirect purchasing, with a focus on molds and equipment; possess a good understanding of cost breakdown and analysis. - Result-oriented, with excellent communication skills and proficient negotiation strategies. - Possess forward-looking insights into market dynamics, and be able to develop targeted purchasing strategies based on the group’s development direction. - Proven experience in team management; capable of building, leading and motivating diverse cross-border teams.
