职位介绍: Reporting into the Sr. R&D Manager, the Sr. R&D Engineer will be responsible for the development, modification, and scale-up of Electronic Packaging Materials products tailored for the Chinese market. This role involves hands-on technical work, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic support to ensure product performance, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities  Team up with U.S. and European Electronics R&D groups, serving as a technical leader or team member in the development and modification of electronic packaging products for Chinese customers and market needs.  Perform laboratory, pilot-scale, and manufacturing activities to develop and scale up of electronic packaging products and processes for diverse electronics applications.  Qualify local raw materials and implement new processes to reduce cost and improve production efficiency.  Deliver technical assistance to cross-functional teams to address product quality concerns, production challenges, and customer complaints in a timely manner.  Prepare project plans, periodic reports and Gate Review documentations to ensure smooth transition of new products from development through scale-up to full operations.  Develop and present technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.  Maintain accurate and organized laboratory notebooks to document, analyze, and record experimental work and results.  Maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification • Master’s degree or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Inorganic Chemistry or related technical field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in electronic packaging, thick film paste, ceramic or metal powder industry, or related technologies. • Strong understanding of product development, scale-up processes, and manufacturing operations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment. • Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency; uses time productively. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
