职位介绍: Strategy & APAC Readiness ‐Shape site strategy as SLT member ‐Lead single→multi‑customer export transition ‐Build APAC logistics & regulatory compliance capabilities ‐Develop multi‑year supply chain roadmap ‐Close gaps in people, process, system, supply Purchasing & Supplier Management ‐Oversee procurement activities of raw materials, packaging, MRO, indirect ‐Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships; conduct reviews & performance evaluations ‐Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels (BVI compliant) ‐Ensure documented, conflict‑free sourcing decisions Drive procurement transparency & audit readiness ‐Eliminate single points of failure (cross‑train, document, backup) ‐Ensure ISO 13485, Chinese regs, global policy compliance ‐Onboard suppliers for NPI & value stream growth Production Planning & Demand Management ‐Oversee Master Production schedule for UK plant & future APAC demand ‐Align with Global S&OP (capacity, materials, delivery) ‐Reduce single‑person dependency via standardization & upskilling ‐Manage inventory (raw/WIP/MRO/finished) working capital vs. risk ‐Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, OTIF, and Line-Fill rates Logistics & Warehousing ‐Oversee sea freight (UK monthly) & air freight (ad‑hoc) ‐Manage forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers ‐Ensure export compliance (Chinese regs, Incoterms, customs docs, med‑device standards) ‐Oversee storage, inventory accuracy, physical security ‐Design scalable logistics for future APAC multi‑mode shipments Team Development ‐Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 ‐Build succession plans & cross‑functional backup ‐Set KPIs, goals, objectives, and development plans for all direct reports ‐Foster accountability, CI, open communication ‐Model integrity; maintain safe, speak‑up culture Systems, Data & CI ‐Drive effective us of UFIDA U8 ERP + Excel tools ‐Support IFS migration prep (data quality, documentation) ‐Report supply chain KPIs to SLT & corporate ‐Lead/participate in lean/kaizen/CI initiatives ‐Ensure data integrity; eliminate undocumented workarounds 技能要求REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Cross-functional expertise: at least 2 of 3 – Purchasing, Planning, Logistics International freight & export logistics – sea freight proven track record ERP literate (any platform) + advanced Excel – comfortable in Excel-driven environment Bilingual – fluent Mandarin + working English (UK/US communication; fluency not required) S&OP process design & implementation (preferred) APAC medical device export customs/regulatory knowledge (preferred) UFIDA U8 or similar Chinese ERP – interest in ERP upgrade/transition (preferred) 任职资格MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree – Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related 8+ years supply chain experience, 3+ years in management with direct reports Regulated manufacturing background – medical devices, pharma, aerospace, or similar China manufacturing experience – familiar with import/export regs & customs Integrity-driven – transparent supplier management & procurement governance ISO 13485-certified medical device manufacturing (preferred) APAC market distribution or direct China-based customer sales (preferred) Professional certification – CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent (preferred) Capability-building or organizational recovery in supply chain (preferred)
