职位介绍: Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Medical Business Project Manager to join our core startup team. This role takes full ownership of end-to-end medical device project implementation, including market pre-research, localized product development, production process deployment, and new factory setup. The incumbent will closely cooperate with third-party institutions to complete product registration and market listing procedures. As a key founding member, the position offers clear long-term career growth, with outstanding performers eligible for future subsidiary CEO promotion. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full-lifecycle management of medical device projects, covering early market research, product localization development, process optimization, and mass production implementation. - Take charge of new factory construction and production line deployment for medical device business, ensuring compliance with industry production specifications and quality standards. - Collaborate with external third-party regulatory and certification agencies to drive medical device registration, filing, and market listing processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance. - Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to resolve project bottlenecks, control project progress, cost and quality, and guarantee on-time project delivery. - Track and analyze medical device industry policies, market trends, and competitive dynamics, providing professional support for project iteration and business strategy adjustment. - Adapt to the uncertainties and rapid iteration characteristics of startup business, flexibly adjust project strategies and promote sustainable business development. Job Requirements - Professional Experience: Solid end-to-end project management experience in the medical device industry, familiar with the whole process of medical product development, production and market launch; candidates with technical background in medical device R&D, production or quality are highly preferred. - Industry & Policy Awareness: In-depth understanding of medical device industry rules, regulatory policies and market operation modes, able to accurately grasp industry development trends and policy changes. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) for daily work communication and overseas business cooperation; candidates proficient in Spanish or Italian are prioritized. - Personal Traits: Strong adaptability, anti-pressure ability and problem-solving capability, willing to embrace the uncertainties of startup-stage business and take on comprehensive responsibilities. - Bonus Qualification: Candidates with mature medical device industry channel resources, partner resources or project cooperation resources will be given priority.
