职位介绍: 工作地可选择base成都或者深圳一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities *专业技术总控 / Technical Overall Control 精通钢结构结构设计、节点设计，熟悉AISC美标等行业规范；能够独立审核施工图纸、制定技术方案，解决项目全周期各类复杂技术难题。 Proficient in steel structure design, conn. design; familiar with AISC American standards. Able to independently review drawings, formulate technical schemes, and solve complex technical problems throughout the project cycle. *团队建设与人才培养 / Team Building & Talent Development 负责工程部团队搭建、人员配置与人才梯队建设；建立内部培训体系与员工成长路径，擅长新人带教、骨干培养，具备独立带队、稳定团队、打造专业技术队伍的能力。 Responsible for engineering team establishment, staffing and talent echelon construction; set up internal training system and career development path. Good at mentoring new staff and cultivating core backbones; capable of leading and stabilizing a professional technical team. *管理体系搭建落地 / Management System Establishment 制定部门工作流程、技术标准、作业规范及质量管控制度；建立员工绩效考核、评级晋升机制，搭建完整的部门标准化、制度化运营体系并持续优化落地。 Formulate department workflows, technical standards, operation specifications and quality control rules; establish performance appraisal and promotion mechanisms, build and continuously optimize a standardized management system. *项目全流程管理 / Full-cycle Project Management 统筹钢结构项目进度规划、关键节点管控、任务拆解与人员分工；全程把控工期、质量、交付与成本，做好项目督办与风险预判。 Overall planning of steel structure project schedule, milestone control, task breakdown and manpower arrangement; fully control construction period, quality, delivery and cost, as well as project supervision and risk prediction. *跨专业多方协调 / Multi-disciplinary Coordination 负责钢结构与结构、管线、工艺等专业对接协调；对接客户、外协单位及海外合作方，统筹方案会审、技术沟通与问题闭环解决。 Coordinate steel structure with civil, piping and process disciplines; communicate with clients, external partners and overseas counterparts, organize technical review and close out project issues. *涉外双语对接 / English Communication for Global Business 英语听说读写流利，可独立处理涉外技术邮件、专业文档、国际线上会议，与海外客户、设计团队无障碍直接沟通，无需翻译协助。 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Able to handle technical emails, professional documents and international online meetings independently; communicate smoothly with overseas clients and design teams without interpreters. 二、任职要求 / Job Requirements *本科及以上学历，土木工程、建筑结构、钢结构工程相关专业；10年以上钢结构行业经验，3年以上工程部经理/技术负责人管理经验，有涉外美标项目从业经历优先。 College degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Steel Structure Engineering. Minimum 10 years working experience in steel structure industry, 3 years as Engineering Manager or Technical Director; candidates with AISC international project experience are preferred. *具备扎实钢结构专业功底，同时擅长团队管理、制度搭建、流程标准化，能够从零搭建部门技术、培训、绩效全套体系。 Solid professional foundation in steel structure; experienced in team management, system building and process standardization; able to establish complete technical, training and performance systems from scratch. *格局良好，执行力强，擅长人员培养、绩效考核与内部培训统筹，能带团队、建体系、出成果。 Great overall perspective and strong execution ability; skilled in talent cultivation, performance management and internal training; capable of leading team and delivering systematic results. *优秀项目统筹能力、进度管控能力及跨专业协调能力，做事严谨、责任心强、抗压性好。 Excellent in project overall arrangement, schedule control and multi-disciplinary coordination; rigorous, responsible and able to work under pressure. +英文流利，可胜任涉外商务洽谈、技术对接及全英文专业文档读写。 Fluent in English for international business negotiation, technical communication and professional document reading & writing. *职业素养高，认同公司长期发展理念，愿意长期稳定深耕。 High professional integrity, recognize the company’s long-term development strategy, and willing for long-term stable development.
