职位介绍: 1、Production Management & Execution 1）Lead daily production operations across printing, lamination, die-cutting, folding, gluing, assembly, and packing lines. 2）Ensure production runs according to plan, meeting targets for capacity, efficiency, yield, and quality. 3）Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on factory capacity, client forecasts, and project timelines. 4）Oversee work-in-progress (WIP) control, material flow, and line balancing to avoid bottlenecks and delays. 5）Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure seamless implementation across manufacturing stages. 2、Process Engineering & Optimization 1）Analyze existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). 2）Lead definition and optimization of SOPs, work instructions, and standard manufacturing procedures. 3）Introduce new automation, jigs, fixtures, and methods to improve efficiency and reduce variation. 4）Validate production parameters, tolerances, and process capability (Cp, Cpk) to ensure consistency. 5）Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality and process deviations. 6）Conduct time studies and data analysis to optimize labor utilization and reduce cost per unit. 3、NPI & Industrialization (Apple-Level Standards) 1）Lead process development during NPI stages: sample builds, EVT/DVT/PVT. 2）Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to translate technical requirements into robust production processes. 3）Support qualification of materials, tooling, and suppliers according to strict brand-specific standards. 4）Ensure that production lines are capable of meeting Apple-level cosmetic and performance criteria. 4、Quality & Compliance 1）Work closely with QC and QA to establish inspection standards and sampling plans. 2）Monitor yield rates, defect trends, and process stability through statistical methods (SPC, FMEA). 3）Ensure full compliance with international quality standards and brand-specific guidelines. 4）Lead root-cause investigations using structured methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, PDCA). 5、Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination 1）Coordinate with external suppliers for materials, outsourced processes, and technical support. 2）Collaborate with procurement, planning, engineering, and design teams on daily production needs. 6、Provide clear, professional communication to global clients and internal stakeholders in English.
