职位介绍: Job Purpose: This role supports the company’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and drives local demand planning activities. By leveraging analytical models, marketing plans, sales data, and inventory levels, the position ensures effective future demand forecasting, inventory control across the market, and execution of sound demand planning to enable smooth supply chain and commercial operations. Job Responsibilities: · Forecast Planning Management – Build and refine forecast models based on market trends, sales performance, and demand patterns. Provide data-driven insights, risk assessments, and mitigation support to internal stakeholders. Manage forecasts at channel and customer levels, and develop clear assumptions for sell‑to‑distributor (STD), sell‑through‑to‑trade (STT), and distributor inventory (DT) levels. Ensure sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams fully understand forecast rationale. Identify and communicate gaps between sales forecasts and business targets, offering actionable recommendations to close those gaps while balancing ambition and realism. Work closely with marketing and trade marketing to stay attuned to market shifts and adjust STD/STT plans accordingly. Monitor and report significant deviations from budgets and strategic plans, and incorporate channel stock levels into demand decisions. Oversee weekly and monthly forecast uploads in the system. · Process & Internal Communication – Coordinate and lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand reviews and portfolio reviews, aligning with Group guidelines and local business needs. Manage weekly bottom‑up sales forecast collection, aggregation, and analysis. Reconcile monthly distributor stock reports. Ensure full alignment with regional sales, trade marketing, marketing, sales operations, and supply chain functions, maintaining process consistency with company strategy. Drive accuracy and sustainability of numbers to support healthy growth, propose process enhancements based on reporting insights, and pursue continuous improvement in demand planning procedures, KPIs, and digitalization (e.g., APO, BPC, Power BI, Blue Yonder). · Other Contributions – Actively participate in cross‑functional projects and initiatives, providing professional advice and knowledge. Supply necessary information and inputs to support ongoing process enhancements. Job Requirements: · Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. · Experience: 4–7 years of relevant professional experience (with 3+ years specifically in demand planning or related roles), with strong knowledge of FMCG/cosmetics operations and distributor business models. · Skills & Competencies: Solid business planning and project management capabilities; good understanding of sales, field, and merchandising processes in the market. Strong analytical skills, statistical aptitude, and trend‑reading ability. Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and highly result‑oriented. Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. · Languages: Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). · Technical: Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a strong plus. · Reporting Line: Reports to the Senior Demand Planning and Control Manager. · · Internal/External Interactions: Collaborates internally with sales business planning, trade marketing, marketing, regional sales, key account, sales operations, HR, and supply chain functions (including logistics and customer service); externally with vendors, agencies, service providers, and auditors.
