- 职位介绍
- 职责描述：
1. Responsible for package & chip integration
2. Define and update package relevant chip design rule and guide line
3. Co-work with Fab to develop package relevant new structure/new material like: scribe line design, pad struture, chip layer and so on.
4. Drawing package & chip integration strategy and roadmap
5. Analysis of technical problems in prospective R&D projects.
任职要求：
1. Proficient in the correlation between Package and Fab processes
2. Proficient in Fab process or proficient in package front-end process, and understand packaging reliability
3. Have the ability to integrate upstream and downstream to formulate package design rules and chip design rules
4. Possesses data statistical analysis capabilities, has a meticulous R&D mindset, and understands engineering concepts.
