职位介绍: 该岗位负责建立和优化供应商质量体系、管理供应商绩效、解决质量问题并推动供应链持续改进，重点确保符合全球质量标准，支持公司长期发展。工作职责： 带领SQE团队调查并解决供应商相关质量问题，运用先进质量工具开展根本原因分析，验证纠正和预防措施的有效性； Lead the SQE team in investigating and resolving supplier-related quality issues, using advanced quality tools to conduct root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. 与内部部门（采购、研发、生产、制程QE等）紧密协作，统一供应商质量要求，解决跨部门质量相关问题，确保供应链顺畅； Collaborate closely with internal departments (purchasing, R&D, PQE, etc.) to align supplier quality requirements, resolve cross-departmental quality-related issues, and ensure supply chain smoothness. 主导供应商准入、审核及批准流程，包括开展现场审核和文件审核，评估供应商技术能力、质量保证体系及生产稳定性； Lead supplier qualification, audit, and approval processes, including conducting on-site and desk audits to evaluate suppliers’ technical capabilities, quality assurance systems, and production stability. QUALIFICATIONS: 工程、材料、数学等相关专业，本科及以上学历； Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Material, Mathematics or other related majors. 在供应商质量管理领域，拥有10年以上工作经验，包含5年以上团队管理经验； More than 10 years of working experience including 5 years of team management in supplier quality management. 具备可支持日常工作沟通的英语能力； English proficiency to support daily work communication. 熟练掌握 VDA6.3 及 IATF16949 质量体系，能够独立设计审核方案并开展供应商审核； Proficient in VDA6.3 and IATF16949 quality systems, with the ability to independently design audit plans and conduct supplier audits. 具备较强的出差适应能力，愿意并能够根据工作需要进行国内外出差； Strong adaptability to business trips, with the willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by work. 具备出色的抗压能力，在高压和时间紧迫的情况下仍能高效工作并做出合理决策； Excellent stress resistance, able to remain effective and make sound decisions in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations. 具备较强的逻辑思维、问题解决和决策能力，工作态度严谨、结果导向； Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a rigorous and result-oriented work attitude. 连接器行业优先； Connector industry experience preferred
