职位介绍: # Summary of Maintenance Leader (Assembly) ## Core Role This role takes charge of the whole maintenance engineering team, aiming to guarantee stable, safe, high-quality and high-efficiency equipment operation. It leads the continuous improvement of OEE, supports new equipment introduction, commissioning and optimization, establishes standardized maintenance management systems, and delivers overall team talent development plans. ## Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee daily maintenance work to boost equipment uptime, product quality and productivity; manage maintenance plans for machines, toolings and spare parts. 2. Conduct equipment safety risk assessments and ensure full EHS compliance. 3. Cooperate with NPI and new project equipment launch activities. 4. Formulate maintenance strategies including TPM and preventive maintenance, and launch continuous improvement projects. 5. Train, coach and cultivate maintenance engineers and technicians, and implement personnel development plans. 6. Control maintenance budgets and capital equipment plans, and carry out cost optimization projects. 7. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, automation, production, quality teams and suppliers to enhance overall manufacturing capacity. 8. Advocate standardized maintenance culture and strictly follow internal company policies and procedures. ## Mandatory Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechatronics, electrical automation, mechanical design and manufacturing. 2. Work experience: At least 10 years in equipment maintenance management, with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory positions. 3. Professional skills: Proficient in electrical systems, machine vision and equipment control; familiar with mechanical design. 4. Soft skills: Strong leadership, team management and cross-department communication skills; capable of rapid fault analysis, diagnosis and repair strategy formulation; good report writing and English proficiency. ## Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in intelligent equipment retrofitting or automation upgrade projects. 2. Familiar with equipment maintenance specifications under ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards. ## Career & Job Value 1. Standardize and centrally manage general spare parts to cut maintenance costs. 3. Develop multi-skilled maintenance staff to fill the talent gap of the department. 4. Realize resource sharing within the component workshop to improve overall team work efficiency.
