职位介绍: Responsibilities · Consolidate and integrate commercial data across multiple sources to build a single, reliable source of truth for business performance · Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide timely visibility into commercial performance for leadership · Extract actionable commercial insights from data analysis to inform pipeline, pricing, and business development strategies · Translate complex data findings into clear, structured recommendations to support management decision-making · Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, standardize data definitions, and continuously improve data quality and analytics capabilities Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline · 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or corporate strategy; management consulting experience preferred · Strong data analysis capabilities, with hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations · Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial insights · Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across functions and stakeholders · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment · Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus · Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken
