职位介绍: 工作职责： Job Responsibilities: 1、负责团队的人员及项目管理； Responsible for team personnel and project management; 2、与产品及业务部门沟通需求,对需求进行合理的评估； Communicate with product and business departments to evaluate the requirements reasonably; 3、负责项目的进度管理,核心逻辑的架构设计； Responsible for project progress management and core logic architecture design; 4、为项目中问题提供解决方案； Provide the best solutions for problems in projects; 5、带领团队在技术上不断优化创新； Lead the team to continuously optimize and innovate in technology. 任职资格： Qualifications: 1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer or related fields; 2、5年及以上JAVA研发相关工作经验,三年以上团队管理经验; Five years or more of JAVA development-related work experience and three years or more of team management experience; 3、优秀的沟通和协调技能,善于与各级别员工和外部合作伙伴沟通; Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate with employees at all levels and external partners; 4、精通Spring、Spring boot等主流开源框架,熟悉Micro Service,Restful API； Proficient in mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot, familiar with Micro Service and Restful API; 5、熟悉分布式开发,深入理解网络、容器化技术、缓存和队列在分布式系统中的应用场景和作用; Familiar with distributed development, have a deep understanding of the application scenarios a 6、熟悉devops相关开发实践，有Docker、k8s相关开发经验者优先； Familiar with DevOps-related development practices, those with Docker and K8s-related development experience are preferred; 7、精通Mysql数据库,熟悉NoSQL,并且掌握优化SQL技巧； Proficient in MySQL database, familiar with NoSQL, and proficient in optimizing SQL skills; 8、有电商开发工作经验,曾参与电商核心流程开发； Have e-commerce development work experience and participated in e-commerce core process development; 9、具备英文读写能力,口语流利者优先; Proficiency in reading and writing English, those with fluent spoken English are preferred; 10、有PMP认证者优先； Those with PMP certification are preferred.
