职位介绍: Job Responsibilities： 1. Take charge of the overall design work for EC motors in EC building sets, and ensure all EC motor building set design tasks are completed on schedule in strict accordance with project objectives, while meeting specified functional performance, cost control and delivery time requirements. 2. Lead the technical research and development of rotor and stator assembly schemes for EC building sets, independently develop innovative, market-competitive and functionally reliable design solutions, and optimize the design of relevant active core components matching rotor and stator assemblies. 3. Oversee the full-cycle design optimization for manufacturability and assembly performance of rotor and stator sub-assemblies. Follow the unified governance specifications of EC Building Sets throughout the whole process from platform development conceptual design, detailed design to mass production stage, to ensure the processing and assembly consistency of core components. 4. Conduct cross-departmental close collaboration with motor design teams, professional component technical teams and process development teams. Adopt standardized design quality tools and methods including D-FMEA, DFMA, DRBFM and other industry-standard design verification means to complete standardized and high-precision assembly design definition. 5. Decompose and deduce module-level and single-component validation standards and verification schemes based on overall product design and performance requirements, to ensure component design compliance and product reliability. 6. Undertake technical docking and communication with the business unit, sort out and solve technical difficulties in project implementation, promote the iteration and implementation of technical schemes, and put forward professional technical optimization proposals to support project steady progress. Job Requirements： 1. Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering disciplines. 2. Over 5 years of professional working experience in mechanical design for automotive components. 3. Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing creation, with solid skills in UG software. Possess a comprehensive overall perspective and outstanding structural design thinking capability. 4. Excellent English language proficiency. Capable of cross-regional technical communication and professional explanation, supporting technical docking and knowledge transfer between overseas teams (e.g. German team) and local Chinese teams.
