职位介绍: Meet company’s obligation by attending HAPCO’s frequent tendering committees’ meetings on behalf of SAO’s appointed board members as a proxy Approve tendering committees’ meetings materials including related party transactions and assess the rationality and feasibility from procurements, engineering, and project perspectives Provide advisory to SAO’s appointed board members on HAPCO’s technical proposals Act as a company point of contact for HAPCO’s project completion activities and sign off among shareholders Provide timely company required reporting including Data Hub Management, Monthly Handbook Preparation, and Accountability Reports (MPR, MYA & YEA) Validate, calculate, and convert HAPCO’s raw technical data then entry into SAO’s Data Hub including environmental, manufacturing, safety, workforce, and selected financial data Compile and calculate monthly operational performance indicators, yields, and other key operating data Provide data analysis, reporting, and coordination support for the monthly performance monitoring process Lead the implementation of GME 13 programs in HAPCO to facilitate technical collaborations, technical information exchange, technical surveys, and benchmarking initiatives Develop and consolidate materials, data analyses, and presentation content for pre-board briefings Continues communication and coordination between Global Optimizer (GO) and HAPCO to maximize value generation Review HAPCO’s annual Business Plans, Operational and Safety KPIs Support HAPCO’s normal operation phase in soliciting Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability and Performance Management solutions Transfer HAPCO’s project technical best practices to SAO and its affiliates Support projects collaboration work between SAO and HAPCO on small scale and capital projects
