- 职位介绍
- 岗位职责：
寻找3位具备连接器行业非标自动化设备的maintenance engineer &Maintenance Leader， 负责新设备导入，维修，本地化提升改善，后续有自己负责出图的支持的能力
1. Lead the maintenance engineering function to ensure equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
2. Drive continuous improvement of equipment OEE/POEE.
3. Support new equipment introduction, transfer, commissioning, and optimization.
4. Develop maintenance systems, standards, and team capability.
5. Overall people develop plan
? Main Responsibilities
1. Lead daily maintenance engineering activities to ensure stable operations.
2. Drive equipment reliability, uptime, quality, and productivity improvements.
3. Manage equipment, tooling, and spare parts maintenance programs.
4. Lead equipment safety risk assessments and EHS compliance.
5. Support NPI and new project equipment launch activities.
6. Develop maintenance strategies, TPM, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.
7. Train, coach, and develop maintenance engineers and technicians.
8. Manage maintenance budgets, capital equipment plans, and cost optimization initiatives.
9. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality, and Suppliers to improve manufacturing capability.
10. Promote PBM culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
任职资格：
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor above in mechatronics engineering, electrical automation, mechanical design & manufacturing
REQUIRED:
Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance management
At least 5 years in supervisor role
PREFERRED:
Experience in equipment smart-retrofit or automation upgrade
Familiarity with equipment maintenance requirement under ISO9001 /IAFT16949
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance management
At least 5 years in supervisor role
