职位介绍: 【岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities】 1️参与项目调研与需求分析 • 负责自动化仓储系统项目的前期调研，深入挖掘客户业务需求，编制调研报告，为项目方案设计提供数据支持。 • Conduct on-site research and requirement analysis for automated warehouse systems, focusing on customer pain points, operational workflows, and logistics needs. • Prepare research reports to support the design and implementation of customized solutions. 2️设计自动化仓储物流解决方案 • 根据客户需求，设计自动化仓储物流解决方案，包括系统布局、设备选型、业务流程规划、安防消防等内容，并确保方案的技术可行性和经济性。 • Design end-to-end automated warehouse logistics solutions based on customer requirements, including system layout, equipment selection, process flow, and safety/fire protection planning. • Create detailed CAD drawings, compile technical documentation, and prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders. 3️支持销售阶段的技术交流和投标工作 • 配合销售经理进行技术交流与方案讲解，参与投标文件的编制及述标工作，推动项目落地。 • Assist the Sales Manager in technical presentations and solution demonstrations to clients. • Prepare bidding documents and technical proposals, and participate in on-site bid presentations to win projects. 4️负责技术方案交付与项目导入 • 协助项目经理完成技术方案的交付与项目导入工作，为项目实施阶段提供技术支持，确保方案的实际落地效果符合设计预期。 • Collaborate with the Project Manager to hand over technical solutions for implementation. • Provide technical support during the project’s execution phase, ensuring the solution aligns with the design and meets customer expectations. 5️跨部门协调与海外项目支持 • 作为技术联络人，在项目实施期间协调公司内部、供应商和客户之间的沟通，确保项目顺利推进。 • Provide on-site technical support for overseas projects, including equipment commissioning, system testing, and client training. 任职资格【任职要求 | Job Requirements】 1️学历要求 | Educational Background • 本科及以上学历，物流工程、工业工程、自动化等相关专业优先。 • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 2️工作经验 | Work Experience • 1-3年相关工作经验，具有仓储自动化设备或物流解决方案设计经验者优先。 • 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse automation, logistics solution design, or pre-sales technical roles. 3️技术能力 | Technical Skills • 熟练使用AutoCAD等绘图软件，熟悉Office办公软件，具备数据分析和报告编写能力。 • Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design and Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. 4️语言能力 | Language Proficiency • 中文和英文流利，具备良好的中英文沟通和书面表达能力，能够使用英语进行技术交流和汇报。 • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (spoken and written). 5️个人素质 | Personal Qualities • 具备问题解决能力、快速学习能力，思维清晰，适应多元文化环境的工作节奏。 • Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and proactive thinker. • 优秀的团队合作精神，能够跨部门、跨时区进行协作沟通。 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-cultural environments. 6️出差要求 | Travel Requirement • 能接受短期海外出差，适应不同的工作环境和文化背景。 • Willing to undertake short-term overseas assignments, based on project needs.
