职位介绍: 岗位职责： Job Summary: 作为公司与客户的核心质量接口，负责真空泵及真空系统的客户质量管理，高效处理客诉、推动质量改善、保障交付质量与客户满意度，支撑公司质量目标达成。 Act as the core quality interface between the company and customers, responsible for customer quality management of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems, efficiently handling customer complaints, driving quality improvement, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of the company’s quality objectives. 岗位职责 Key Responsibilities: 1. 客户投诉处理：作为**响应人处理客户质量投诉（故障、性能不达标、漏油 / 异响、交付不合格等），协调售后、研发、PAE 紧急围堵与失效分析；主导 8D 全流程，组织跨部门根因分析，跟踪纠正预防措施，确保客户闭环。 Customer Complaint Handling： Act as the first responder to customer quality complaints (including equipment failure, non-conforming performance, oil leakage / abnormal noise, non-conforming delivery, etc.), coordinate with After-sales, R&D and PAE for immediate containment and failure analysis; lead the full 8D process, organize cross-functional root cause analysis, track corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer closure. 2. 客户质量对接：定期召开客户质量会议，汇报投诉关闭时效、保修成本，同步改进进展与风险预警。 Customer Quality Communication： Hold regular customer quality meetings, report complaint closure timeliness and warranty cost, share improvement progress and risk alerts. 3. 变更质量管控：管理工程 / 制程变更，支持样件 / 试产质量验证，评估客户端影响并跟踪验证，避免变更引发客诉。 Change Quality Control： Manage engineering / process changes, support quality verification of samples and trial production, evaluate impact on customers and follow up validation to avoid complaints caused by changes. 4. 质量数据与改进：建立客户质量数据库，统计分析客诉、失效、不良率、保修费用、交付准时率，输出月度 / 季度报告；推动质量成本优化，降低外部失效成本。 Quality Data and Improvement ：Establish customer quality database, statistically analyze complaints, failures, defect rate, warranty cost and on-time delivery rate, issue monthly / quarterly reports; drive quality cost optimization and reduce external failure costs. 5. 跨部门协作与培训：协同研发、PAE、供应链、售后解决复杂质量问题；为销售、售后提供质量技术培训。 Cross-functional Collaboration and Training ：Collaborate with R&D, PAE, Supply Chain and After-sales to solve complex quality issues; provide quality and technical training for sales and after-sales teams. 6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。 Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职资格：专业知识、专业技能及个人能力 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 了解机械设备基础知识，可独立开展失效分析；熟悉真空泵结构原理优先。 Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, able to conduct failure analysis independently; familiarity with vacuum pump structure and principles is preferred. 2. 熟练使用 8D 等质量工具，能独立主导跨部门质量改进项目。 Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, able to independently lead cross-functional quality improvement projects. 3. 熟练使用 Word/Excel/PPT，可独立完成数据统计与汇报。 Proficient in Word / Excel / PPT, able to complete data statistics and reporting independently. 4. 诚实守信，客户导向强，抗压能力优秀。 Honest and trustworthy, strong customer orientation, excellent ability to work under pressure. 学历、专业培训及工作经验 Qualifications, Training and Experience: 1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、过程装备与控制工程、质量管理、流体机械、真空技术等相关工科专业，有真空相关知识者优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, process equipment and control engineering, quality management, fluid machinery, vacuum technology or related engineering majors; knowledge of vacuum is preferred. 2. 3 年及以上制造业客户质量工程师经验，真空泵 / 流体机械行业经验优先；熟悉工业 / 化工 / 锂电等行业真空应用场景者优先。 3+ years of working experience as Customer Quality Engineer in manufacturing industry; experience in vacuum pump / fluid machinery industry is preferred; familiarity with vacuum application scenarios in industrial / chemical / lithium battery industries is preferred. 3. 英语 CET-4 及以上，听说读写流利，能独立撰写英文 8D 报告与技术沟通文件。 CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently write English 8D reports and technical communication documents.
