职位介绍: Role Summary The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth of tool steel and related value-added services in South China. This role focuses initially on the development and management of small and medium-sized customers as a core training ground, with clear opportunities for career progression toward key account management and future sales leadership roles based on performance and potential. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and manage sales of tool steel products and related value-added services in South China, with a primary focus on acquiring, developing, and retaining small and medium-sized customers; 2. Proactively identify customer needs and application scenarios within the tool steel and mold-making industry, providing professional technical consultation and value-added solutions to enhance customer value and achieve sales targets. 3. Independently manage the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized customers, including lead generation, customer visits, technical discussions, solution proposals, order processing, delivery coordination, after-sales support, and payment collection. 4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective customer management, product and service positioning, pricing management, and continuous improvement of customer loyalty and repurchase rate. 5. Conduct regular market intelligence activities, including analysis of customer segments, potential markets, competitor landscape, and pricing trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies. 6. Utilize and maintain Salesforce and Sales Forecast systems to ensure accurate customer data, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and proactively adjust sales actions based on market dynamics. 7. Continuously develop sales capability and industry expertise through small and medium-sized customers customer engagement. High-performing individuals with demonstrated potential may be progressively assigned to support or independently manage key or large accounts, subject to business needs and performance evaluation. 8. This position is regarded as part of the company’s sales talent pipeline. Outstanding performers will be considered for future development into Senior Sales roles or sales management positions (e.g., Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager). Requirement 1. Education - College degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mold Design, Metallurgy, or related disciplines. 2. Language - Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English. 3. Experience - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the tooling, mold, or related industrial sectors. 4. Technical Knowledge - Solid understanding of tool steel properties, tooling applications. - Basic knowledge of mold design is preferred. 5. Skills & Competencies - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently conduct technical presentations and solution discussions with customers. - Familiarity with the South China tooling and mold industry, including sectors such as mold manufacturing, automotive components, home appliances, and electronics. - Strong market awareness and commercial mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to work effectively in a team; - Willingness to travel frequently within South China for customer visits.
