职位介绍: Mission Statement使命: Ensure test execution processes within production units or production lines to complete generator (motor) testing and customer service in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure continuous and efficient processes to deliver qualified products and enhance customer satisfaction. 确保生产单位或生产线内的测试执行流程，以及时、具有成本效益的方式完成发电机（电动机）产品测试和服务客户。确保连续和高效的流程，按照计划，程序，图纸，质量和安全标准和政策，交付合格产品并提升客户满意度。 Main Accountabilities主要岗位职责: 1.According to the overall design and technical agreement of the generator (motor) test program. 根据电机的总体设计和技术协议制定发电机（电动机）的测试大纲。 2.According to the overall design of the machine, assess ，confirm and prepare the test equipment in advance and commissioning cooperate with the customer. 根据电机的总体设计，提前评估、确认和准备测试工装以及配合客户现场的调试。 3.According to the manufacturing process and technology. Responsible for machine test plan, prototype test tracking and follow up the data collection and analysis. 根据电机制造流程和工艺，负责电机测试方案的制定、样机试验跟踪和数据收集及分析。 4.Issue test report. 发布测试报告。 5.Responsible for the analysis and improvement of the abnormal treatment of the motor, such as vibration, noise, temperature. 负责对电机的异常处理进行分析改善，比如振动、噪声、温升问题。 6.Leading test staff skills training. 培训和领导测试员工的技能提升。 7.Responsible for test support during the customer witness. 负责职能部门在客户见证期间的问题答疑和测试支持。 8.Complete other work tasks within the scope of responsibilities or assigned by the line manager. 完成职责范围内或上级交待的其他工作任务。 Job Requirement岗位要求: Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation, motor related, familiar with generator or motor research and development related theoretical knowledge. 大学本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电机相关专业，熟悉发电机或电动机研发相关理论知识。 Rigorous and meticulous, good cooperation and communication skills,learning. 工作认真严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力 Proficient in using ANSYS, hypermesh, lsdyna, fluent and other software application experience is preferred, work experience is preferred. 熟练使用ANSYS、hypermesh、lsdyna、fluent等软件应用经验者优先，有工作经验者优先。
