职位介绍: **Job Mission:** To build and develop the Engineering Excellence Center for aluminum bar and plate products, and to satisfy internal and external customers through the on-time delivery of quality deliverables. **Roles & Responsibilities:** 1. Lead a team of application engineers and design engineers to develop and qualify new products for new projects. a. Clarify customer needs, ratings, offering specifications, and sketches to meet customer requirements. b. Calculate and optimize performance (heat load, overall heat transfer coefficient, and pressure drop) to meet customer quality and cost requirements. c. Explain the design to sales and customers. d. Prepare quotations with support from manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. e. Draft, review, and confirm technical agreements with sales and customers. f. Coordinate and communicate product and project requirements with project engineers, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, finance costing, and product planning teams to ensure on-time, quality, and cost-effective delivery of prototype orders. g. Actively participate in prototype performance validation and resolve problems at the customer's end. 2. Conduct continuous improvements for existing products in terms of performance, cost, quality, reliability, manufacturing, and service. 3. Lead the engineering group to improve on-time delivery and win rates through guidelines, procedures, lessons learned, and best practices sharing via proper knowledge management. 4. Stay aware of and learn about market technologies and the latest solutions in different applications. 5. Collect and share information on technology, applications, markets, and competitors. 6. Provide sales support and training, including participation in exhibitions, seminars, and other company product promotion activities. 7. Perform other duties assigned by superiors. **Education and Experiences:** 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Thermal and Fluid Technology and Science / Energy and Power Engineering / Refrigeration Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. 2. Strong technical background with over 12 years of experience in aluminum bar & plate product applications within the compressor & dryer, construction & special vehicle, data center, and alternative energy markets. a. Familiar with third-party heat exchanger (HEX) simulation software for thermal calculations, such as HTRI and/or Kuli. b. Familiar with product certification processes including PED, CRN, and pressure vessel-related ASME standards. c. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D modeling, and ERP systems for product data management. d. Familiar with TS16949 APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) control plans (product development process) and FMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). e. Knowledge of DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report) for typical heat exchangers. 3. Good people management experience with over 5 years in a management role, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. 4. CET-4 or equivalent and above. Fluent in spoken English, with strong English reading and writing skills. 5. Experienced user of MS Office suite, including Outlook and Teams. **Travel:** Willing and able to travel up to 15% of working time.
