职位介绍: 岗位职责： 1.Independently complete the structural design, simulation, and performance optimization of screw compressors or roots blowers based on customer requirements and industry standards, ensuring high efficiency, energy savings, stability, and durability. 根据客户需求及行业标准，独立完成压缩机或风机的结构设计、仿真及性能优化，确保产品高效节能、稳定耐用. 2.Lead the selection of core components, strength verification, and material selection, and resolve mechanical and fluid-related issues arising during production and application. 主导核心部件的选型、强度校核及材料选择，解决生产及应用中出现的机械与流体问题 3.Use CAD/CAE/CFD software (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, ANSYS, etc.) to complete engineering drawing and simulation analysis. Collaborate with production and supply chain departments to optimize process flows, ensuring efficient translation of design intent into actual products. Participate in installation and testing with the production department, provide technical guidance to suppliers, and offer technical support to clients as needed. 使用CAD/CAE/CFD工具完成工程图纸绘制与仿真分析。与生产、供应链部门协作优化工艺流程；必要时参与生产部门安装调试、供应商技术指导及客户端技术支持。 4.Develop performance testing plans for screw compressors or roots blowers, analyze test data to identify faults, and iteratively improve designs based on test results. 制定压缩机或风机性能测试方案，通过测试数据分析判断故障，借助测试结果迭代改进设计。 5.In accordance with localization product developing project arrangements from the German headquarters or new project demands in the domestic market, formulate developing plans, allocate developing resources, monitor developing progress, and ensure the delivery of final outcomes. 根据德国总部的国产化研发项目安排或国内市场新项目需求，制定研发计划，调配研发资源，监控研发工作进度，确保研发成果输出。 6.Oversee the new product developing work of the team, ensure the quality of designing, mitigate technical risks, and enhance product market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness through designing efforts. 对团队的新产品研发工作进行把控，确保研发设计质量，规避技术风险，通过研发工作保证产品的市场竞争力和成本合理化 7.Keep track of new technologies and features in the industry and market, promote product technology upgrades, and improve the market competitiveness of the products. 跟踪行业和市场的新技术新功能，推动产品技术升级，提高产品的市场竞争力。 8.Independently executed specific tasks of drawing design, BoM compilation, and technical clarification for some assigned customer orders. 独立完成若干客户订单项目的图纸设计/BoM建立/技术答疑的具体工作。 9.Complete other work tasks and assignments assigned by superiors. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务及安排。任职资格 1.Education & Experience: Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Thermal Energy, or related fields, with over 10 years of relevant work experience. 本科或研究生学历，机械、流体或热能相关专业，10年以上相关工作经验。 2.Technical Software: Proficient in CAD/CAE/CFD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, ANSYS) and MS-Office applications. Familiar with the product developing and manufacturing processes of mechanical products. 熟练掌握CAD/CAE/CFD软件和办公软件，熟悉机电产品的研发流程和制造过程。 3.Design Experience: Extensive experience in mechanical structure design, with at least 7 years of independent product developing experience in mechanical products. 有丰富机械结构设计经验，7年以上的独立机械产品研发经历。 4.Project Type: Rich experience in new product introduction (NPI) and localization projects. 有新产品导入和国产化项目的丰富经验。 5.Language: Strong English technical communication skills, capable of preparing and reviewing technical documents and drawings in English. 具备良好的英文技术沟通能力，可以编制和审阅英文技术资料图纸。 6.Management: Good team management skills, able to lead cross-departmental and cross-cultural technical communication. 良好的团队管理能力，可以主导跨部门跨文化的技术沟通交流。 7.Preferred (加分项): Design experience with screw compressors or Roots blowers. 螺杆压缩机或罗茨风机的设计经验可作为加分选项。
