职位介绍: Job Responsibilities: Data and AI Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of data and knowledge management, and stay at the cutting edge of trends in ML/DL, LLMs, and AI to drive innovation and product development. Client and Cross-Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent client communication skills and foster cross-team alignment and collaboration. Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify both explicit and implicit pain points with deep insight, proposing innovative solutions that drive core user value and business growth. Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to scale AI-driven solutions effectively and efficiently, addressing and resolving issues during the development and acceptance process for continuous optimization and enhancement. Product Development and Improvement: Organize, analyze, and prioritize product iteration requirements, leading product planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analysis and Feedback Integration: Monitor product data, conduct detailed data analysis, and integrate feedback from business units and users to refine product design and strategy. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related engineering disciplines, with at least three years of experience as a data scientist or software engineer. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate requirements clearly and effectively. Fluent English is required, reading and writing capability in Japanese. Proficiency in spoken Japanese and is a great plus. Comprehensive understanding of the internet product lifecycle, including demand analysis, product design, technical development, and testing acceptance. Proven ability to independently lead and complete product output. Passionate about the AI industry, with a commitment to keeping up with the latest trends and technical developments, and a dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
