Role Overview
Responsible for the daily operations of a local Developer Center, including developer services, event management, community growth, robot usage management, member conversion, and local ecosystem building.
Our Developer Center serves as an offline robotics developer and experience hub where developers, enterprise customers, partners, and robotics enthusiasts can use Sudo robots for development, testing, events, competitions, and purchasing. This role acts as the localized business operator of a developer center rather than a pure headquarters strategy role or retail store manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the developer center including scheduling, robot reservations, visitor reception,
equipment coordination, and operational inspections.
• Localize and optimize headquarters SOPs according to local developer ecosystem and operational feedback.
• Drive developer registration, membership conversion, repeat visits, and local traffic growth.
• Operate local developer communities and collect product feedback.
• Plan and execute workshops, hackathons, demo days, and community events.
• Manage robot demonstrations and visitor experiences for developers, enterprise customers, investors, and public audiences.
• Develop local partnerships with universities, incubators, developer communities, and media.
• Track operational KPIs such as visitor count, registrations, conversion rates, member retention, utilization, rates, NPS, and commercial leads.
• Maintain strong user experience and community atmosphere.
• Coordinate sales lead generation and commercial conversion support.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in offline operations, community operations, retail experience centers, coworking spaces, innovation hubs, or developer ecosystems.
• Strong event planning and community operation capabilities.
• Data-driven operational mindset.
• Interest in robotics, embodied AI, developer ecosystems, and technology communities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
