职位介绍: 岗位职责： R&D Manager - 机械结构整机设计经理小家电 Coffee Machine 咖啡机 - 宁波绍兴深圳 Food Preparation 厨电：搅拌机、榨汁机 - 绍兴 floor care 吸尘器、洗地机 - 宁波 lean care 电熨斗、蒸汽烫斗 - 宁波 personal care 个护：电吹风、理发器 - 宁波 hom comfort 风扇塔扇油汀取暖器等 - 宁波 1: 英文流利，需要开会交流，和总部沟通汇报。 2：专注小家电的研发，有相关的小家电整机设计经验 3：拥有工程学学士学位（机械、电气或相关领域) 职责描述： 1.密切关注小家电行业的**技术趋势、材料应用及产品创新方向，开展技术研究与储备，为公司产品创新与技术升级提供技术支持。 2.深入分析全球小家电市场趋势、竞品及用户需求，识别产品机会，制定产品策略与路线图。 3.组织并参与样机试制，对样机进行全面的性能测试、可靠性测试及用户体验评估，收集测试数据，分析存在问题，并提出针对性的改进建议与实施方案。 4.主导或参与小家电产品的完整研发流程，包括产品需求分析、方案设计、样机开发及技术验证。确保产品设计符合市场需求、质量标准及成本控制要求。定义清晰的产品需求，撰写详细的产品规格书，并通过原型或图表准确表达产品功能与交互逻辑。 5.跟踪产品上市后的销售表现、用户反馈及市场竞争状况，持续优化产品功能与用户体验，进一步提升产品以巩固市场份额与盈利能力。 6.参与制定产品定价策略，并为相关团队提供专业的产品支持。与国际合作伙伴及海外团队有效沟通，确保产品策略与全球市场需求保持一致，并支持产品的国际化进程。任职要求：工程学学士学位（机械、电气或相关专业）。拥有8年以上小家电产品管理经验，并具备成功的产品上市案例。熟练掌握 Solid Edge 或类似设计软件（优先）。深入理解小家电的产品开发、生产流程及质量控制。具备敏锐的市场洞察力，坚持用户为中心的工作理念，并具备数据驱动的决策能力。优秀的沟通协调能力及抗压能力；愿意出差前往供应商处。对创新充满热情，具备强烈的责任感和开拓精神。英语流利（能够满足工作沟通、文档撰写及会议讨论的要求）。任职资格： -Keep abreast of the latest technological trends, material applications, and product innovation directions in the small home appliance industry, conduct technicalresearch, and reserve, and provide technical support for the company's product innovation and technological upgrading. -Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor products, and user needs in the global small home appliance market, identify product opportunities, and formulate producstrategies and road maps. - Organize and participate in prototype trial, conduct comprehensive performance tests, reliability tests, and user experience evaluations on prototypes, collect test data, analyze existing problems, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions and implementation plans - Lead or participate in the entire R&D process of small home appliances, including product demand analysis, scheme design, prototype development, and technical verification. Ensure that product designs meet market demands, quality standards,and cost control requirements.Define clear product requirements, write detailed product specification, and express product functions and interaction logic accurately through prototypes or diagram: - Track product sales performance, user feedback, and market competition after launch, continuously optimize product functions and user experience, and further improve product to enforce market share and profitability.Participate in the formulation of product pricing strategies and provide professional product support for the teams Communicate effectively with international partners and overseas teams, ensure the alignment of product strategies with global market demands, and support the internationalization of products. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).8+ years of product management experience in small home appliances, with proven success in product launches. - Proficiency in Solid Edge or similar design software (preferred).Deep understanding of product development, production processes, and quality control for small appliances - Strong market insight, user-centric approach, and data-driven decision-making skills - Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management; willing to travel to suppliers. - Passion for innovation, with a sense of responsibility and pioneering spirit. - Fluent in English (working proficiency for communication, documentation, and meetings).
