职位介绍: JD for Seller Operation Manager: We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Key Account Manager to lead the merchant operations and buyer activities for our fully managed new projects at Ozon. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding partnerships with merchants, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing management of new project categories, and driving commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the onboarding, operation, and development of merchants for new fully managed projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for merchant relationships, providing strategic support and operational guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies. - Monitor merchant performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve sales targets. - Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Negotiate contracts and terms to align with company goals and merchant interests. - Ensure seamless coordination between merchants and internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience (at least 2 years) in merchant management, key account management, or buyer roles, preferably in e-commerce. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - - Proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
