职位介绍: 1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES What it does/ How to / Aiming at Results  Fan Structural Design: Design 3D geometric models for impellers, volutes, and structural components using CAD. Conduct FEA and Modal Analysis to optimize stress distribution and prevent resonance under high-speed rotation.  Testing & Verification (T&V): Validate aerodynamic performance (P-Q curves) in wind tunnels. Conduct NVH testing to minimize noise and vibration, perform dynamic balancing, and execute reliability/environmental tests.  Electrical System Integration: Match optimal motors (BLDC/PMSM) with fan loads. Integrate drive controllers, optimize speed control algorithms (FOC/PWM), and manage thermal dissipation and EMC/EMI protection.  QCD Execution & Control: Implement DFM/DFA to ensure high manufacturing quality. Drive VA/VE initiatives for BOM cost reduction, and collaborate with suppliers through prototyping and pilot runs to guarantee on-time SOP.  Technical Support & PLM: Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO), drawings, and BOMs within the PLM system. Conduct Failure Analysis (8D) on field issues and drive continuous product line iterations. 2. REQUIREMENTS  Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Power Engineering, or related disciplines.  Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in fan product development, with a track record of leading multiple projects to successful mass production.  Technical Skills:  Proficient in fan structural design and aerodynamic layout; master of 3D modeling (Creo/SolidWorks) and finite element analysis (FEA/Modal).  Deep understanding of the end-to-end fan development process (from initial concept and simulation through APQP phases to SOP).  Strong expertise in both sheet metal (stamping/bending) and plastic injection molding processes; excellent DFM capabilities to optimize tooling and control BOM costs.  Familiar with testing & verification (P-Q curves, NVH, dynamic balancing) and electrical system integration (motor and drive matching).  Competencies: Strong capability in QCD execution and control; adept at using 8D methodology for failure analysis throughout the product lifecycle. 3、LANGUAGE SKILLS Minimum requirement: CET -4, READ AND WRITE Desirable: Good write and read English
