职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Evaluate and test key internal control points from the corporate financial perspective Assist in planning the establishment of an independent financial monitoring system and develop an audit plan accordingly Conduct audit projects focusing on the financial and asset dimensions, covering all business cycles such as procurement and payment, sales and collection, inventory and fixed assets, Opex and Capex expenditures. Perform in-depth audits, identify valuable and critical audit findings that impact the company's operations and financial health, and track the closure of audit findings. Lead other team members to carry out necessary financial audit projects. Work Experience Over 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit or financial supervision in large manufacturing enterprises with overseas businesses and factories Familiar with SAP functions and operations Possesses professional knowledge of internal control for manufacturing enterprises and is familiar with major business processes, including procurement and payment, sales and collection, inventory and fixed assets, financial statements and records, human resources and compensation, materials and warehousing, comprehensive budgeting, etc. Strong capability in fact-finding, objective analysis and summary, and proposing action directions/requirements; adheres to principles and ensures consistency between actions and directions Able to accept a certain degree of domestic and overseas business travel. Proficient in Japanese; the ability to write English audit reports is a plus. Proficient in Chinese, can communicate in Chinese (for example, audit interview) without problem.
