职位介绍: 1. Order & Demand Management 订单与需求管理 Consolidate and validate orders from client plants, then convert them into accurate purchase orders for suppliers. 整合并核对客户（工厂）订单，转化为准确的供应商采购订单。 Develop and maintain short-term and long-term demand forecasts, enabling suppliers to plan capacity and raw-material procurement proactively. 制定并维护短期及长期需求预测，帮助供应商提前规划产能和原料采购。 Monitor inventory levels across the network and calculate optimal order quantities to prevent stock-outs while minimizing excess stock. 监控各节点库存水平，计算最优订货量，在防止断货的同时避免库存积压。 Lead shortage management — identify root causes, coordinate expedited deliveries, and drive compensation or recovery plans with suppliers. 主导缺料管理——查明根因，协调紧急发货，推动供应商补偿及恢复方案。 2. Supplier Execution & Performance 供应商执行与绩效 Track supplier production progress against confirmed orders to ensure on-time delivery and escalate risks early. 跟踪供应商确认订单的生产进度，确保按时交付，提前预警风险。 Monitor supplier shipment readiness; verify that all required shipping documentation is complete and compliant before dispatch. 监控供应商发货准备情况；在发运前核实所有运输单据完整合规。 Control supplier payment processes — verify invoices, match documentation, and ensure timely, accurate payment cycles. 管控供应商付款流程——核对发票、匹配单据，确保付款及时准确。 Review and control logistics-related agreements from a commercial and compliance perspective. 从商务和合规角度审核并管控物流相关协议。 3. Logistics Planning & Cost Optimization 物流规划与成本优化 Plan inbound shipments selecting optimal routes and modes in coordination with the inbound logistics team to balance speed and cost. 规划进项运输，与进项物流团队协同选择路线和方式，平衡时效与成本。 4. Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作 Manage the purchase invoice and shipping documentation flow end-to-end, including timely system data entry. 端到端管理采购发票及运输单据流程，包括及时的系统数据录入。 Partner with Finance and Purchasing to align documentation workflows and support budget planning and cost reconciliation. 与财务和采购部门协作，统一单据流程，支持预算编制和成本对账。 Act as the central information hub — ensure smooth, transparent communication across plants, suppliers, and internal teams. 作为信息中枢——确保工厂、供应商及内部团队之间沟通顺畅透明。 Qualifications 任职要求 Experience 经验 3+ years of hands-on supply chain management experience in manufacturing or trading industries, with exposure to logistics operations, order management, or supplier coordination. 3年以上制造业或贸易行业供应链管理实操经验，涉及物流运营、订单管理或供应商协调。 Technical Skills 专业技能 ERP — solid working knowledge of relevant SCM modules. ERP——熟练操作相关供应链模块 MS Excel — advanced proficiency: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis for forecasting and cost modeling. MS Excel——高级能力：VLOOKUP、数据透视表、图表，能用于预测和成本建模分析。 General MS Office proficiency. 熟练使用MS Office Domain Knowledge 专业知识 Incoterms 2010 and standard cargo transportation documentation. Incoterms 2010 及标准货物运输单据。 Logistics and supply chain management principles, including forecasting and planning methodologies. 物流与供应链管理原理，含预测与计划方法论。 Transportation regulatory frameworks governing domestic and international freight. 国内外货物运输相关法规框架。 Modern IT tools for documentation, data systematization, and digital communication. 现代信息技术工具在单据管理、数据系统化及数字沟通中的应用。 Language Requirements 语言要求 Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) — essential for day-to-day communication with international plants and suppliers. 中英文流利（书面及口语）——与国际化工厂和供应商日常沟通的必备条件。 Core Competencies 核心素质 Cross-functional communication — able to align Finance, Purchasing, plants, and external suppliers toward shared goals. 跨部门沟通——能够协调财务、采购、工厂及外部供应商达成共同目标。 Analytical and detail-oriented — meticulous in documentation, cost calculation, and data management. 分析力与细节导向——在单据、成本核算及数据管理上一丝不苟。 Proactive problem-solving — anticipates supply risks and takes ownership of resolution. 主动解决问题——预判供应风险并主动推动解决。 Multitasking under pressure — manages multiple suppliers and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 抗压多任务——在快节奏环境中同时管理多个供应商和优先级。
