职位介绍: 1. Formulate the company’s overall patent strategy. Based on internal technical advantages, global market demands, industry technology evolution and competitors’ patent layout and barriers, define patent layout regions and protection scope for each product line, and evaluate the patentability and commercial value of core technologies. 2. Build and maintain a three-tier patent portfolio system covering core, peripheral and defensive patents, and deliver standardized patent mining plans and layout roadmaps. 3. Closely collaborate with R&D, Core and Architecture team to study new product pre-research projects, disassemble product structures, electronic control, software solutions and manufacturing processes, and continuously explore all patentable innovation points, formulate differentiated patent deployment solutions for domestic and global markets, and release medium-to-long-term global patent layout roadmaps. 4. Lead end to end Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis for new products and core components prior to mass production and market launch. 5. Analyze competitors’ technical drawings and solutions, construct multi-dimensional global patent search strings, and conduct systematic patent screening and technical comparison; Cooperate with IP lawyers to consolidate all technical breakdown data and comparative analysis results, and finalize comprehensive FTO infringement risk grading and risk assessment reports. 6. Regularly participate in R&D technical meetings and global Patent Review Board reviews. Proactively communicate with inventors to sort out innovative concepts, supplement incomplete technical disclosures, and refine technical logic and drawings to ensure high-quality patent filings. 7. Organize internal patent review meetings, oversee jurisdiction selection for international patent filings, and coordinate cross-regional technical disclosure management. Establish and optimize the trade secret management system to clearly define the boundary between patent protection and confidential technical know-how. 8. Lead and manage internal engineering patent team, establish standardized IP operating procedures and workload evaluation standards, assign patent search, mining and analysis tasks, and deliver regular professional training to improve overall team IP capability. Qualifications Education/Degree: Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering. Work Experience: 1. 8 years or above IP-related working experience in intellectual property planning and management. 2. Worked as a Product Engineer in R&D or Technical Center, or product design experience in automotive chassis system or steering is preferred. 3. Strong leading and demonstration capability on company-level IP strategy. 4. Certified as the Patent Agent Qualification.
