职位介绍: 岗位职责： 1. 制定并维护 APQP 质量计划，包括设计验证计划及后续报告（DVP&R）、生产验证计划及后续报告（PVP&R）以及生产控制计划（CP）。Create and maintain APQP quality plans, including Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), Production Validation Plan & Report (PVP&R), and Production Control Plan (CP). 2. 与公司测试中心（Test Campus）及外部合作伙伴共同规划、订购并协调各类测试。Plan, request, and coordinate various tests with the company's Test Campus and external partners. 3. 创建并维护测试用例，并在需求管理工具（Requirements Management Tool）中将测试用例与需求进行关联。Create and maintain test cases and link them to requirements in the Requirements Management Tool. 4. 跟踪测试进度与测试结果，确保质量相关文档的完整性与可用性。Track test progress and results, ensuring the completeness and accessibility of quality-related documentation. 5. 在研发过程中支持风险评估工作，推动 “质量源于设计” 理念的落实。Support risk assessment during R&D and promote the implementation of the "Quality by Design" philosophy. 6. 担任或协同质量子项目经理，与项目管理团队紧密合作Serve as Sub Project Manager Quality or collaborate closely with the Sub Project Manager Quality and project management team. 7. 及时、清晰地向所有相关方沟通关键质量问题。Communicate quality-critical issues to all stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. 岗位要求： 1. 电气工程、机电一体化、医疗技术、信息学、技术数学等相关专业本科或硕士学历；或机电 / 机械工程方向技术员背景。Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology, informatics, technical mathematics, or a technical background in mechatronics/mechanical engineering. 2. 需具备 1-2 年研发、测试或质量相关经验；具备高度积极性和学习动力的初级职场人士亦欢迎加入。Requires 1-2 years of experience in R&D, testing, or quality; early-career applicants with high motivation and learning drive are also welcome.3. 深入理解 EN、ISO、CCC 等相关标准，熟悉质量工具（如 FMEA、六西格玛）、统计方法及测量技术。Solid knowledge of EN, ISO, and CCC standards, familiar with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma), statistical methods, and measurement techniques. 4. 工作条理清晰、善于分析，并具备出色的沟通能力。Structured and logical working style with good analytical and communication skills. 5. 能够处理冲突、划分任务优先级，并开展跨团队协作。Conflict management skills, ability to prioritize tasks appropriately, and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams. 6. 熟练掌握 MS Office；具备 Python 编程语言或持续集成（CI）流水线相关经验者优先。Proficient in MS Office; experience with Python or continuous integration (CI) pipelines is a plus. 7. 具备需求管理工具使用经验，Codebeamer 使用经验者优先。Experience with requirements management tools; Codebeamer experience is a plus. 8. 熟练运用英语作为工作语言，进行有效沟通。Proficient in English as a working language
