职位介绍: Role Overview The Factory Director position oversees the full spectrum of production operations, engineering processes, and cross-functional coordination across assembly, logistics, purchasing, and quality control. It ensures strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while maintaining operational efficiency and representing the company externally. Main Responsibilities Main responsibilities • Responsibility for the result and implementation of production processes including the work of assembly teams, service, purchasing, logistics and shipping, in particular responsibility for load planning, production capacity planning, quality and work efficiency. • Responsible for the result and implementation of production engineering processes, including in particular corrective actions in the area of production, creation of workplace instructions, layout of the production area, design of the production process, creation and management of BOMs, occupational health and safety. • Responsibility for operational production planning (two weeks in advance). • Ensuring the continuity of production, including the organization of the purchase of materials. • Production quality assurance, including quality control supervision. • Organization and control over the functioning and implementation of the tasks of the purchasing team. • Supervision and control of the full range of activities carried out in the field of logistics. • Supervision over the functioning of the warehouse. • Responsible for compliance with regulations in the field of production, service, purchasing, planning and logistics, in particular labor law, health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations, as well as regulations on products and their labeling. • Participation in the development of workplace standards of work. • Compliance with workplace and shop floor standards. • Active participation in the maintenance of machines and tools at the workplace. • Participation in trainings to improve qualifications and quality of work organized at the Company's headquarters as well as in training trips organized outside the Employer's headquarters both in China and abroad. • Compliance with QMS requirements. • Performing any other duties appropriate to the rank and role of the position. • And any other reasonable request made by the Line Manager, SLT or ELT.  Key skills & experience • Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in leading cross-functional manufacturing operations. • Experience in quality assurance and control systems. • Expertise in load planning, capacity management, and production efficiency. • Strong knowledge of production engineering, including BOM creation, layout design, and workplace instructions. • Familiarity with occupational health and safety, labor law, and product labeling regulations. • Skilled in operational planning and material procurement. • Ability to manage purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and service teams. • Proficiency in ERP systems and production documentation. • Strong leadership and external representation capabilities. • Commitment to 5S, QMS, and workplace standards. • Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation. • Willingness to participate in domestic and international training. • Hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and team support. • The candidate who meets the following criteria will be the top choice: - Fluent in English. - Familiar with injection molding. - Experienced in manufacturing electronic finished and semi-finished products. - Experienced in implementing lean manufacturing management practices. - Holds a certificate for the person in charge of workplace safety issued by the Chinese government.
