职位介绍: 岗位职责： RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责: 1. Leads, defines and drives the company’s sales growth by executing the strategic and tactical sales plans defined for the Chinese Market 2. Developing competitive advantage through good personal relationships with customers 3. Establishing a positive market image for the company. 4. Monitoring and controlling the sales expenses. 5. Developing and strengthening the sales team, providing mentoring and guiding to the sales team. 6. Develop & implement strategy. 7. Develop and implement both internal and external communication systems with company staff and external customers to ensure entire organization is focused on market needs. 8. Coordinates and control the working activities of the salesmen. 8. Coordinates with Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and technical Dept. to ensure customer goals are met. 9. Based on the organization’s objective, set up department goal and coach staff to set up short-term practice plans and long term development plans, review and consolidate the submitted plans to ensure the department goal meets the company’s targets. 10. Leads and give growth opportunities to his team by defining and implement KPI incentives. 11. Set up and implement the sales procedures and control indicators to effectively monitor the working efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team 11.Other tasks assigned by leader. 任职资格： 1. Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, mechanical engineering or international business from a recognized university, MBA preferred 2.10+ years sales experience with 5+ years in managerial role in the mechanical or related industry. 3.Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management; 4. Strong sales mentality with strong analytical and communication skills 5.Self motivated and be able to work under pressure 6.Understand market/clients requirements in the industries. 7. Strong sales management skill, good leadership, good interpersonal skills. 8.Fluent in both spoken and written English 9.Ability to work in an international organization with remote management 10.Willing to travel within China and Far East.
