职位介绍: 主要职责 •现场协调与监督：负责与供应商的现场协调，确保安装质量和项目进度。主导现场调试、系统集成测试及故障诊断。 •设备交付与支持：负责量产设备的调试与交付。为设备调试与维护提供技术支持。 •电气系统设计：负责非标自动化设备的电气系统设计，包括元器件选型、电路设计、图纸绘制（原理图、接线图、电缆布置图等，需符合IEC标准）。 •系统优化与升级：对PC板卡、仪器仪表、气动系统等电气系统进行优化与升级，管理从设计到调试的全生命周期。对线性电机、温控器、伺服电机等控制系统进行编程、调试和优化。 •问题解决与性能调优：排查故障并微调控制性能，确保系统运行的稳定性与精确性。 •团队协作：与机械、软件团队协作，集成电气系统，确保无缝运行并符合质量标准。 •技术文档管理：维护技术文档（程序备份、测试报告、手册等），确保项目全程可追溯。 •数据管理：遵循公司知识产权管理规定，录入并维护设计产品数据库。 •团队协作：通过完成相关工作，为团队目标贡献力量。 •其他职责：完成分配的其他任务与项目。经验与资历 •教育背景：电气自动化、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。非标自动化电气设计3年以上经验，有成功的项目交付案例。 •语言能力：大学英语四级（CET-4）及以上，具备阅读英文技术文档的能力。 •实操技能：具备扎实的动手能力和现场调试、安装、布线等相关工作经验。 •多任务处理能力：必须能够同时处理多项任务，并按时完成。 •文档能力：文档能力优秀，能够细致地整理和完善各类研发文档。 •自主工作能力：能够在低限度监督下工作，并展现出积极主动性。 Key Responsibilities • Oversee on-site coordination with suppliers to ensure installation quality and project timeline. Lead on-site commissioning, system integration testing, and failure diagnosis. • Be responsible for the commissioning and delivery of mass production equipment. Provide support for equipment debugging and maintenance. • Design electrical systems for non-standard automation equipment, including component selection, circuit design, and drafting schematics (circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable layouts, etc. IEC-compliant.). • Optimize and upgrade electrical systems for PC cards, instruments, and pneumatic systems, managing the full lifecycle from design to commissioning. Program, debug, and optimize control systems for linear motors, temperature controllers, servo motors, etc. • Troubleshoot and fine-tune control performance to ensure stability and precision. • Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with quality standards. • Maintain technical documentation (program backups, test reports, manuals) for full project traceability. • Maintains the designing product data base by following company IP control rules and entering data. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Other duties and projects as assigned Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.3+ years in non-standard automation electrical design, with proven project delivery. • CET-4+, with ability to read English technical documents. • Possess solid hands-on skills and experience in on-site debugging, installation, wiring, and related tasks. • Ability to multitask: Must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines. • Strong documentation skills, capable of meticulously organizing and improving various R&D documents. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation.
