职位介绍: 职位描述 Essential Functions: 61 Develop new mechanical products of connectors. Support interface of Molex products to customer and partner company systems. 61 Lead new product development efforts executing Product Development Phase Gate Process from development of the product concept through volume production while adhering to project schedule Design includes all aspects of product development such as: 3D Modeling, 2D Drawings, engineering changes, technical documents, etc. 61 Work with manufacturing engineering to develop manufacturing processes utilizing the latest 3D CAD modeling techniques and other Design for Manufacturability (DFM) tools. 61 Use risk reduction tools to perform TA, FEA, model simulation etc. for design analysis is expected. Utilize a working knowledge of material costs and manufacturing processes to determine the impact on various design attributes. Provides input to the DFMEA analysis of the product as required. 61 Performs design validation activities to ensure that design meets the specifications of the customer, UL requirements, and reliability testing. 61 Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and inside product marketing personnel. Required Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 61 1-3+ product design experience in electronic products (preferring from connector industries) 61 Good writing and spoken English 61 Experienced with Product Development Process (PDP) 61 Understanding of Tolerance analysis, dFMEA, FEA. 61 Knowledge on component design (injection, diecasting, sheet metal) 61 Attention to details, be creative, good interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal cross functional teams and external customers Desired Qualifications: Desired Skills and Abilities: 61 Extensive knowledge high precision sheet metal design. 61 In depth knowledge of die casting and plastic injection molding. 61 Material and manufacturing knowledge such as stamping and forming sheet metal. 61 Proficient in tolerance analysis. 61 Adept in solid modeling experience to generate 3D models & 2D drawings and knowledge of drafting standards 61 Ability to work independently and to effectively communicate with global cross functional teams. 基本功能: 61开发新的连接器机械产品。支持连接器产品与客户和合作伙伴公司系统的接口。 61领导新产品开发工作，执行产品开发阶段门流程，从产品概念开发到批量生产，同时遵守项目进度。设计包括产品开发的所有方面，如:三维建模、二维图纸、工程变更、技术文件等。 61与制造工程部门合作，利用最.新的三维CAD建模技术和其他可制造性设计（DFM）工具开发制造工艺。 61 使用风险降低工具进行TA、有限元、模型模拟等设计分析。利用材料成本和制造工艺的工作知识来确定对各种设计属性的影响。根据需要为产品的DFMEA分析提供输入。 61执行设计验证活动，以确保设计符合客户的规格、UL要求和可靠性测试。 61为客户、供应商和内部产品营销人员提供技术支持。所需资格: 61年机械工程学士学位。 61 3年以上电子产品设计经验（优先考虑连接器行业） 61良好的英语写作和口语能力 61有产品开发流程经验 61理解公差分析、dFMEA、有限元。 61元器件设计知识（注塑、压铸、钣金） 61关注细节，富有创造力，具备良好的人际交往能力，能够有效地与内部跨职能团队和外部客户合作所需技能和能力: 61 广泛了解高精度钣金设计。 61深入了解压铸和注塑成型。 61材料和制造知识，如冲压和成型钣金。 61精通耐受性分析。 61具有扎实的建模经验，能够生成三维模型和二维图纸，并了解制图标准 61具有独立工作和与全球跨职能团队有效沟通的能力。
