职位介绍: Responsibilities: 1. Own global P&L, translating HQ strategy into annual plans, capacity models, budgets, and KPIs covering revenue, margin, delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and utilization. 2. Lead strategic capability development for E&E (Safety, Performance, EMC) and Hardgoods, with deep expertise in IEC, EN, BS, UL, CSA, GB, and EU/US regulatory frameworks. Oversee new project launches, methodology innovation, and non-standard testing solutions. 3. Establish a global technical escalation mechanism to resolve complex technical disputes, standard interpretation conflicts, and abnormal results, ensuring consistent worldwide technical judgment and quality integrity. 4. Monitor global regulatory and standard changes; drive timely technology upgrades, equipment updates, training, and method revisions to maintain full compliance and business continuity. 5. Assume full responsibility for maintaining and expanding CNAS, CMA, ILAC, EU-recognized, and other accreditations across all sites, including audits, reassessments, scope expansions, and changes. 6. Strategically plan global headcount, talent acquisition, succession pipelines, performance management, compensation, and promotion systems to build a stable, professional, and international workforce. 7. Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to provide technical consulting, customized testing solutions, and regulatory advisory for strategic global accounts and flagship projects, driving market growth and client retention. 8. Oversee annual budgeting and dynamic cost tracking for all labs, managing personnel, procurement, consumables, maintenance, travel, and other OpEx to optimize cost structures and improve profitability. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Measurement & Control, Industrial Engineering, Materials/Chemistry, Quality Management, International Trade, or related fields. 2. 10 years+ in the foreign-invested third-party TIC industry, with 5+ years in senior global/cross-regional laboratory management, familiar with multinational TIC operating and governance models. 3. Deep experience in both E&E (Safety, Performance, EMC) and Hardgoods/Consumer Goods. Proven multi-site management across APAC and Europe is a strong plus. 4. Expert in ISO17025, with hands-on experience in CNAS, CMA, ILAC, and European accreditations—establishment, expansion, audits, and compliance governance. 5. Strong command of IEC, EN, UL, CSA, GB, and other major standards, plus cross-border certification processes. Able to resolve complex regional technical and compliance challenges.
