- 职位描述
•Experiences in leading or managing the development of custom circuits or compilers for elements such as SRAM, Register Files, standard cells in leading process technologies.
•Strong technical knowledge of custom circuits and associated tools.
•Transistor-level design, schematic entry, layout interaction, post-layout spice analysis, timing and margins characterization, EM and IR analysis.
•Knowledge of industry standard circuit, design and integration tools.
•Solid understanding of device physics and processes.
•Understand the complete design flow, DFT and testing aspect of the compiler IPs.
•Ability to work with architects, logic design teams, circuit designers and bridge the knowledge boundary for all.
•Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment
•Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support
•Strong analytical & Problem solving skills
职位要求
•Master degree in Electrical Engineering, with 10+ years of experience in design and managing design teams to deliver high performance circuits, SRAMs, register files, custom datapaths.
•Delivered at least one generation of memory compilers in advanced process node.
