职位介绍: Deliver volume and MACO target 达成销量和利润指标 1）Clearly understand the sales area market potential and key competitors information in CR channel 清晰地了解餐饮渠道潜在市场和主要竞争对手的信息 2）Assists SD on yearly sales budgets, set up and implement the sales strategy in order to achieve targets 协助销售总监完成年度销售计划，制定销售策略以达成销售目标  Sales and Commercial investment manager 销售以及商务投入管理 1）Work according to sales process book, negotiate with key POC owners for market activations and contracts. 依据销售手册的指引进行工作，针对市场活动或合同与关键售点客户进行谈判 2）Make commercial plan on sales package spending plan on CR POC, consumer and Wholesalers 根据餐饮售点、客户和经销商制定销售费用投入使用的商业计划 3）Establishes and maintains sales network 建立和维护销售网络 4）Enforces wholesaler management and policy加强经销商管理和政策  Sales Team Management 销售团队管理 1）Work with People to hire M2 and M1 与区域人事合作共同完成销售主管和业务的招聘 2）Coach M2 and M1 on all sales skills 辅导销售主管和业务销售技巧 3）Set and cascade target for M2 给销售主管设定和下达目标 4）Communicates with the sales force on sales strategy/plans. 与销售人员沟通销售策略和计划 5）Manage sales team effectively 有效管理销售团队  Wholesaler management 经销商管理 1）Help Sales Director to build up the wholesaler network in the sales region 协助销售总监建立区域内的经销商网络合作关系 2）Manage and negotiate with Wholesalers on inventory, market investment, WS people, warehouse, trucks and other facilities for beer business 与经销商就库存，市场投入，经销商人员和仓库,车辆和其他与啤酒销售支持工作进行协商谈判 3）Support ABI WS project leading by HQ WSM team 协助总部经销商管理团队支持经销商项目  Others 其他 1）Support SD on CPR.
