职位介绍: Physical Activities/工作内容 - Responsible for designing, developing and testing new FTIV and Solenoid valve products, including building prototype, building BOM and Engineering Change Notice（ECN） - 负责油箱隔离阀、电磁阀的新产品设计、开发和测试。包括快速样品模型验证，材料清单表建立，以及工程变更 - Support sales to obtain new project. Make product solution and analysis feasibility according to RFQ. And prepare related technical documents and lead technical presentation with customer. - 支持销售获取客户订单，根据RFQ文件及客户要求分析产品解决方案的可行性，并准备RFQ相关技术文件，主导与客户的技术评审 - Responsible for planning and carrying out the work needed to either resolve problems with existing products/processes or develop new products. - 负责问题点的解决，包括现有产品/工艺，以及开发新阀类产品中的问题点。 - Responsible for design prove, developing and confirming new parts, early communication with supplier about new part design. - 负责设计评审和验证，以及与供应商就新的零部件进行前期沟通，并负责其开发和确认。 - Responsible for innovation and design documentation edit and update, including DFMEA, Database, Patent, VAVE project. - 负责新技术创新研发及其文件的编制控制和更新，包括DFMEA,数据库，专利，VA/VE项目对现有产品出现的售后问题进行分析，提出解决方案，实施设变，以解决客户问题并提高产品性能 - Work with other departments to discuss design improvement opportunities, and ensure product meets all requirements. - 与其他部门合作讨论产品设计优化的措施确保产品达标 - Provide product knowledge support to other functions as necessary. - 为其他部门提供必要的产品知识 - Other tasks assigned by superior. - 主管交代的其他任务 Formal Qualifications, Job Related Work Experience /学历要求、工作经验要求 - Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automobile or mechanical engineering, key university is a plus. - 车辆或机械相关专业本科及以上学历。 - Knowledge & experience of injection molding, assembly, and manufacturing is MUST. - 必须需要具备注塑成型，装配，制造以及相关材料知识和经验。 - Knowledge & experience of solenoid design is MUST. - 必须具备电磁阀设计以及相关材料知识和经验。 - Must 3+ years or above experience on mechanical related product development. automotive industry R&D experience is a plus, fuel system knowledge is a plus. - 三年以上机械相关产品的设计开发经验。汽车行业优先，有燃油系统相关经验优先。 - -Thorough knowledge of engineering terminology and standards (i.e. materials, dimensioning and tolerances). Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes (injection mold), and material specification (plastics, metals, etc). - -熟悉工程标准和术语（材料、尺寸和公差），熟悉注塑制造过程，熟悉金属和塑料等材料规格 - Familiar with product launch process, familiar with TS16949 and APQP process. - 熟悉产品开发流程，熟悉汽车业项目管理流程优先。 - Good ability of problem analysis and solving. - 优秀的分析问题解决问题能力。 - Good communication and good at cooperation for transnational and cross-department. - 良好的跨国、跨部门合作及人际沟通协调能力 - Familiar with MS office package；skilled in drawing software ( UG or Catia). - 熟悉操作office办公软件；熟练操作绘图软件，如UG或Catia。 - Good English skilling in writing, skilled in spoken English 良好的英文书写能力，口语熟练.
