职位介绍: Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to support regional growth ● Develop and manage the marketing budget ● Create digital marketing campaigns including Programmatic Display, SEM, Email marketing, social media ad campaigns, analyze their success, and optimize to improve performance continuously ● Create and implement strategies to drive traffic to website, generate leads and conversions, and increase revenue ● Act as project manager to continually enhance website user journey with tech team and GMs through driving innovation, digitalization, landing page enhancement project and refining standardized marketing process/ operating procedure to streamline manual support ● Track and report campaign performance, creating detailed reports for the senior management team Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field ● 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing ● Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM management, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing is a must ● Professional spoken and written communication skills in English is a must ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns ● Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions ● Knowledge in HTML scripting/ Javascript, website UI/UX optimization is a plus ● Excellent communication and project management skills ● Independent, responsible, strong problem-solving and project management skills with good interpersonal and organizational skills ● Opens to the senior title with more experienced candidates.
