职位介绍: Summary ： As electrical interface within the Thermal Management team, you will be responsible for defining hardware requirements, electrical component selection, and cross-functional alignment with the E/E architecture, software development and wiring harness teams for BEV thermal systems. You will support the development of electrical test benches, loop validation, fault diagnosis, and EMC mitigation to ensure the thermal system complies with vehicle-level requirements for low/high-voltage safety, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility. Responsibilities: 1. System E/E Architecture & Interface Define • Define and maintain the thermal management electrical architecture, topology, and schematics in collaboration with the vehicle E/E architecture team. • Develop and document electrical Interface Control Documents (ICD), communication matrices, and DBC files to ensure seamless data exchange between thermal components and the vehicle control unit (EMU/VCU). 2. Electrical Component Selection & Harness Integration • Responsible for the electrical selection, technical evaluation, and Statement of Requirements (SOR) authoring for thermal actuators and sensors (e.g., e-compressors, PTC heaters, e-water pumps/drivers, valves, and contactors). • Collaborate with wiring harness engineers to align pin-outs and support harness routing design, including loop allocation, fuse rating, connector selection, wire sizing, grounding strategies, and IP sealing ratings. • Ensure components comply with power supply requirements and communication protocols (CAN/LIN/PWM, and SAE J1939 for truck applications). 3. Testing, Validation & Troubleshooting • Support thermal management electrical test bench setup (including HIL/SILhardware interfaces) and execute functional and performance tests for low-voltage control loops and high-voltage drive loops. • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, signal, and communication issues (such as short/open circuits, driver IC failures, sensor drift, or network drops) during system validation and truck production. 4. Safety, Compliance & Diagnostics • Ensure electrical safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance within the thermal management system, including EMC, HVIL, insulation, and dielectric strength. • Incorporate functional safety (ISO 26262) requirements and vehicle diagnostics (UDS/OBD) into thermal component specifications and test cases. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Automotive /Automation Engineering • 5+ years of experience in automotive electrical/controller development experience, new energy vehicle thermal mgmt. experience preferred • Proficient in reading automotive electrical schematics; familiar with automotive low-voltage standards (e.g., ISO 16750) and high-voltage safety standards (e.g., ISO 6469) and EMC related standards • Proficient in electrical design tools (Altium/CAD/EPLAN, etc.) • Solid understanding of CAN/LIN/PWM communication mechanisms and testing tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, oscilloscopes, multimeters, insulation testers). • Solid understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, CAN-FD). • Fluency in English is required.
