职位介绍: Roles & Responsibilities 1. Join the founding team to set product strategy, overall user experience and core interaction logic. 2. Design engaging, shareable interactive experiences to boost user retention and creation activity. 3. Research human-AI new interaction modes such as prompt-to-play and text-to-interactive content. 4. Deliver rapid prototyping, user testing and iterative optimization, combine creativity with data analysis. 5. Cooperate with engineers, AI teams and creator operation teams to launch online interactive products. 6. Study US youth culture, internet trends and aesthetics to build globally unified design style. Key Requirements ### Must-have 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 5–8 years relevant working experience. 2. Sharp product insight, capable of judging attractive, viral and high stickiness products. 3. In-depth knowledge of US youth culture & creator platforms (TikTok, Snap, Roblox, YouTube Shorts etc.). 4. Able to build products from 0 to 1, quick to iterate and adapt to early-stage chaotic work. 5. Good cross-team collaboration skills to align with technical, AI and community teams. 6. Fluent native English for communication and presentation. 7. Over 3 years experience in interactive platforms, content apps, games or creative tools. ### Preferred 1. Work experience at TikTok, Snap, Meta, Roblox or similar creator/AI platforms. 2. Experience with AIGC, generative tools or generative UX design. 3. Early-stage startup working background. 4. Proficiency in user research and data-driven product judgment. 5. Basic motion design, web interaction skills (React, Framer etc.)
